The “centro servizi multicard” is operational throughout Italy, offering assistance and information to multicard cardholders and to people who would like to receive information about our card.

If you have any questions about our card or would like to apply for a card, all you have to do is contact the “centro servizi multicard”, which will register every request and forward it to Agenzie Eni SpA Divisione Refining & Marketing for the marketing of Agip services and products.

It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It is available for all multicard holders to block cards too.

Cost of the phone call:
from fixed phones: maximum 14.26 cents/minute + 6.19 cents at the response
from mobile phones: from 24.17 to 48 cents/minute + from 12.4 to 15,49 cents/minute at the response, depending on the operator
